The bmide_95.exe file is only needed if you have windows95 build 950 or 950a. If you have build 950b you do not need these drivers this version of windows95 already has bus mastering
drivers built into it. To install the driver make a temp directory and copy the file into it and run it. The file will unzip several other files when it is done run the setup.exe file that was unziped.
