Phoenix Driver. on the simens/futjitsu page with models SCENIC PRO D6/M6(D981)you will find upgrades for Phoenix Bios vers. V4.06 R1.06.1085, which is the latest I found. Note that V4.06 Rev. 1.04.981 that I currently operate myself will not support HD bigger 8 GB. Take the driver R1.06.1085
