After downloading this file, place a blank formatted 1.44 mb. floppy disk in your floppy drive. Using Windows Explorer, double-click this file you just downloaded. The entire bootdisk and flash program files will be written to the floppy disk. Then use Notepad to open and print the instructions.txt file on the floppy.

Now reboot computer with floppy disk in drive, allowing it to boot from the disk. Follow the instructions outlined in the instructions.txt file to flash the bios.

Note Improper flashing procedure can render your motherboard dead so be sure to follow the instructions carefully.
