Diamond Flower Inc (DFI) P4M266A-MLV Driver. Bought DFI MoBo and Celeron D 340 2.93GHz from TigerDirect. Had to upgrade BIOS to allow CPU to be recognized by MoBo. This is the best and latest BIOS Installer and is easy to use, just install on blank 3 1/2 diskette.
