1. Fix BMP LOGO can't switch to text mode when BIOS_GUARDIAN set disable & BMP LOGO be cut when BIOS_GUARDIAN set enable issue.
2. Fix CPU 66M x 10 can't show 667M issue.
3. Fix Wake_On_Ring set disable cause still wakeup issue.
4. Fix BIOS setup primary UDMA CABLE must be set to 80 pin & SECONDARY UDMA CABLE must be set to 40 pin.
