Changed the battery processing time under ACPI fro 20 seconds to 1 minute. This has been done because the operating system sometimes takes more than 20 seconds to load.

P-Code was changed.

Corrected a problem where, if the power management properties under Win98 has the closing the lid setting set to "no action", the system wakes up when the lid is opened.
