Comments:
M Technology (MTI) R533WP Driver. The upgrade was performed to see if the board could utilize 128M SDRAM. The board was only able to utilize the first 32M of SDRAM. EDO in bank A + SDRAM did work, with SDRAM limited to 32M.
File Contents: The upgrade went smoothly. I copied the files to a bootable diskette and ran from it.
After the upgrade, I had to manually set the COM pots for them to be reliably recognized as COM1 and COM2. The biggest problem was identifying the board. Fortunately I found a picture of it at the M Technologies site www.mtiusa.com
